New ReviewerWent in to have a tooth pulled. My pain was about an 8.
After her first numbing shot my pain was a 13!!! I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. When the dentist returned, she gave me another shot in the mouth. I was screaming and clutching my fists as she jammed the needle in my gum!!!!
She kept saying...sorry, sorry, sorry. She said she gave me 4X the amount of numbing she usually gives patients!! When she finally pulled my tooth she actually pulled me up out of the chair!! When I left my jaw was swollen and boy was I in pain!!!
I was given nothing for the pain. I was in pain for 3 days!!! I contacted corporate and the office manager at the Perrysburg, OH location called me. Again....sorry, sorry, sorry.
She offered to set me up with a different dentist, but no compensation for what i went thorough!! All she did was defend her office and didn't even acknowledge what I went through other than.....sorry, sorry, sorry.
I finally told her she was wasting my time, I wasn't coming back, have a nice day and I hung up!!! Wish I would of hung up when I made my first appointment!!!!
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL!!!! PRACTICING DENTISTS RIGHT OUT OF SCHOOL!!!

Well, sometimes when patients wait until they are in excruciating pain before finally taking action, it is impossible for the anesthesia to work completely. You made a mistake letting your teeth decay.
Then you made another mistake waiting until you were in horrific pain. But the worst mistake of all was going to a seedy corporate operation like Aspen instead of a reputable independent dentist.
