First of all, because you went to a sleazy dental chain owned by investors rather than dentists, the Wisconsin dental board probably cannot be of much help in your fight. They can only discipline dentists and hygienists, not corporate executives.

Next time, use a REAL dentist in private practice.

As far as suing them with a lawyer, they got more legal firepower than you can ever afford. Trying to get money back from them will take forever and be like trying to get blood from a turnip.

When you go shopping for dentures for a cheap price, realize that you will probably get junk dentures you cannot wear. To do dentures right takes at least 5 appointments to make them, and several adjustment appointments. Good materials and good lab technicians are not cheap either.

Don't expect to get a good pair of dentures for under $3000, and probably they will cost more.

How to eliminate this organized crime syndicate, and others like it, from victimizing patients?

Write your state legislature. Have them enact strict ownership tests that State Boards of Dentistry can use to shut down corporate ownership of dental practices.

Right now what is happening is outfits like Aspen utilize fake owner dentists claiming to "own" the clinics, and Aspen poses as a management company. REAL owners would have signator powers on the practice checking account, and be able to fire a management company if they wanted.
