It wasn't resolved. I don't have the money for court and just don't want to deal with the quacks any longer..

I'm not the only one complaining of shady practices and nothing will be resolved. I don't want to deal with these quacks anymore. Going to have cough up over 3 grand for being practically torn apart.

I went in for the free exam, X-rays, and 20% dental procedures for those without insurance they were advertising on Facebook.

When I went there for the exam they gave me a cleaning I didn't ask for, and they claimed they found signs of periodontal disease even though I've never had any other dentist tell me that. Was sent home with mouth wash, toothpaste, and a ridiculous gadget of a toothbrush.

I asked if I was going to be charged for any of it.

"No you won't be charged today. It's free for new patients. It Was quoted over $6 grand for an extraction. Crown, and few fillings.

Set up a payment plan that was divided upon into two $3000 dollar payments. The average cost at the most for and erupted tooth/ non-surgical extraction is at the most $650, but most dental offices around here are few and far or required insurance.

During the extraction the novocaine kept wearing off and they acted shocked to find an extra root. Something common for those who are East Asian or Native American. They used a scalpel along my gum to access the root.

It took 3 people to split and pry the tooth up. I was sent home with no antibiotics nor any stitches.

The cut from the scalpel is right where my tongue lies. I've had my wisdom teeth out before and was expecting the pain, but the pain is still here 3 days later.

Yesterday went to get the crown. The Receptionist sat me down.

She starts blurting out numbers starting at 1000. Told her I expected to pay something out of pocket since I was still making payment, but there was no way I owed 1000.

"Oh no your out of pocket is $875." Told them there was no way I owe even that unless the extraction was over $3000.

"Well we charged for the cleaning and Xray too. Today is just prep we haven't quoted you for the actual crown yet.

We'll do that in a couple of weeks."

Told them even with the cleaning there was no way the extraction cost that much plus they advertise XRays as free and 20% off dental procedures.

They ignored the statement and asked if I want to make an appointment later. Told them I'm not coming back and their advertising on facebook is false.

"Well we can't do anything about that we don't run the page."

I still have a good chunk of my tooth missing.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: I want them closed down.
