Aspen Dental - Trying to charge me for a service I didn’t give them permission to do
I had a root canal in April. After Catherine Calderon finished she told me she filled a tooth while she was doing the root canal.
WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. But she said she wasn’t going to charge me since she didn’t ask me if I wanted her to do it. Now 2 months later they keep sending me a bill for 165 for a tooth filling. I’ve tried to talk to the manager and front desk ladies like 6 times and all they do is get rude and say they will get back with me and they never do.
Just keep sending me a bill. The dentist should of never just filled a tooth without my permission. I honestly don’t think there was even really a cavity that needed filled.
SHAME ON CATHERINE CALDERON. After reading all the reviews Aspen Dentals need to be shut down.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Well, every root canal needs something at the top to seal it. Without it, bacteria will seep down the root canal and ruin it.
Would you want to do the root canal over because you refused a filling? The filling or crown is always a seperate charge. But I agree, if the dentist said she would do it free, Aspen Dental Crime syndicated should not have charged for it.
Go to a real dentist that owns his own practice. Bet you didn't get any deal on that root canal.
Please take the time to file a report with your state dental board, office of consumer affairs, and state attorney general. There are many reviews of inappropriate, unnecessary, and harmful treatment by Aspen Dental. Only when patients make the effort to communicate with the people who do have the authority to do something is there any hope of stopping Aspen Dental.
This treatment was neither inappropriate, unnecessary, nor harmful. The filling was exactly what was required by and textbook of endodontics. The patient was not harmed in any way.
