Was kicked out of the office LITERALLY after requesting to have doctor see my sons teeth BEFORE prescribing radiographic images taken. That’s what American Pediatric Dentistry Association states has to happen.

Appointment with her was scheduled of course. Front desk pointed to the door , doctor never showed up.

I agree that a review need to be made before any BITEWING (caries detecting) x-rays are taken. However, any child 6 or over without a panoramic film within 3 years needs one to determine the status of the permanent teeth.

We are going blind without a panoramic film.

That being said, there are A$pen offices without a panoramic x-ray machine. If you care about your child, you should take him to a reputable dentist instead of a corporate chop shop like A$pen.


I agree. Going to take my child to REPUTABLE dentist ASAP. Only wish I knew sooner what ASPEN really is:(
