I am in need of a root canal and fillings, so I made an appointment only to be called the DAY BEFORE my appointment and rescheduled. I then waited on my 2nd appointment to come around only to be blown off and rescheduled AGAIN ! ! !

I am NOT going to wait around on these slackers while my teeth rot out and I suffer in pain, so I'm no longer dealing with them. I will take my business and money elsewhere. I will definately tell everyone I know NOT to waste their time here via facebook, twitter, word of mouth and every other way possible.

You don't understand. It is YOU that is there to serve ASPEN, NOT the other way around.

They overbook, and you are cancelled. Your only purpose it to fulfill their revenue quotas.

Good thing you walked before you were overtreated.

Why not bring that A$pen treatment plan to your new dentist and let him look it over. You might be surprised at all the treatment they said you needed and you really did not.
