The front teeth in your upper denture need to be further forward and larger. Always it is a help to a normal, competent dentist to see photos of you smiling when young with your natural teeth.

That will give him an idea of the "look" to aim for with dentures.

Really natural dentures are not so easy to fabricate. It takes many years of practice to get really good fitting and adjusting them.

NEWS FLASH- The flexible nylon-like material Aspen uses to make their expensive dentures is not superior at all, but inferior. That is why no other dentists use it.

It is hard to adjust, impossible to reline, and does not bond to teeth, so they frequently fall out. You got rooked. Why you went to these shysters for dentures instead of an experienced, reputable dentist is a mystery beyond comprehension. I guess TV ads are reality in your mind.

For goodness sake, get a competent dentist to make new dentures for you. Expect a good set to cost between $3500 and $4000.

Were you in a disco when you had that purple photo taken? Anyone can see from that picture that your bite is way off. Your top and bottom teeth do not even line up right.

First mistake was not caring for your teeth. Second mistake was wanting it yanked out instead of saving it with a root canal.

Third mistake was going to Aspen instead of an honest, competent, independent dentist.

What will your fourth mistake be? Wasting money on an unproductive lawsuit?

Hate to say it, but those are all pretty ugly upper incisor crowns in you mouth. Modern pressed lithium disilicate crowns are usually much more esthetic than that.

Aspen get the cheapest price possible by sending its lab work to China. Unlike the local lab techs that most really good dentists use, the Chinese ones cannot come to the office to perfectly match the shade. It is really a cr@p shoot whether crowns even turn out mediocre. Doubt you can sue them for anything.

Cheap substandard treatment is not malpractice.

In the future, be more discerning about which dentists you chose. Ones who have to resort to TV advertising are never any good.

If you had a partial made in one day, it was a cheap all plastic (or all nylon) partial that CANNOT be repaired. Good partials have a metal framework and usually take 5 appointments to fabricate.

They cannot be made in a day. No way. Every patient needs an extra partial or denture to wear in case one breaks. You did not have one so you got in a pickle.

What was supposed to happen is you were to come back and have a FINAL METAL PARTIAL fabricated. Then you would have that all plastic partial as a backup. But you did not do that.

Nonetheless, you made a horrific mistake going to swindlers like Aspen instead of a regular independent dentist. Bet you did it trying to cheap out, didn't you?

That is wonderful so far sweetheart. Read a few reviews about teeth falling out of Aspen dentures.

That light flexible material the ComfyJunk dentures are made out of does not chemically boned to the teeth. So the teeth fall out frequently. Also, those flexible dentures are nearly impossible to reline. When they get loose, you will have to have another pair made.

Relines would cost about a quarter of the cost of new dentures. From your photo, you look to be in your forties. Once teeth are pulled, bone is lost. Particularly in women, there may not be enough bone in 20 years to hold the lower denture in.

The remedy of grafting is very complicated and expensive. You made a BIG MISTAKE not leaving at least two canine roots on bottom to maintain some bone and support your lower denture.

A diligent American 3rd grader could probably do a better job fabricating partials than some underpaid serf in China where much of Aspen's lab work is sent, in order to save money.

Guess why most dentists do not do bridges anymore? Because cutting teeth down for bridges so often makes the pulps die, then root canals or necessary.

That is why implants should be used to replace teeth, not bridges. Why didn't your (probably young) dentist offer an implant and implant crown? Probably because he did not know how to do implants and would have to refer to a surgeon. He would not get a commission for it.

So he wanted to do a bridge, for which he would receive a big fat commission. In the old days, we dentists used to do more conservative bridges with gold. This required much less cutting of teeth. Some of us still do these fine bridges where patients let us.

But unfortunately, most patients demand white porcelain back to their wisdom teeth. Porcelain bridges require a lot of cutting.

Dentures usually crack when: 1.They are made with cheap cold-cure acrylic. 2.

The impression was not accurate and they don't fit well. Denture teeth usually come out when: 1. Sloppy processing does not remove all the wax from teeth. 2.

Flexible nylon-like material is used that does not chemically bond to teeth. Aspen has got your money, buddy.

They don't want to give any back. It already disappeared down the Black Hole called the Aspen Corporate Bank Account.
