Aspen dental over charged me, when I asked for a refund, they would not refund onto my card. Only a check, when I went to cash the check I had to wait 3 weeks for, it was bad.

They gave me a bad check..

now they won't refund me or speak to me. I'm requesting more now since I have been treated so horribly and having to struggles since I paid 3000.00 for my tooth to be fixed which was supposed to be only two visits but was turned into 4 visits and a month and a half long process.

Wow! That is a new low for even the corporate slime that runs A$pen.

Think that company is cash-strapped? Of course it is. With as much debt as they have, the increase in interest rates is killing them. Hopefully rising interest rates will send this rat's nest of dental clinics into the abyss of bankruptcy.

We can only hope.

In the meantime, passing a bad check is a criminal offense in most states. Take the bad check to the magistrate court or equivalent in your state and see if they will go after these shysters.
