Although my first experience (posted 2/24/12) with Aspen Dental in Utica NY was horrible, I want to give a thank you to two of their employees. Rachelle in the office, when I called and explained to her that I had been twice promised a call back and 24 hours later noone had, she made the call and got back to me with the information in less than ten minutes. That is great customer service - thank you Rachelle.

Julie G. in the corporation Customer Satisfaction Group is awesome at her job. Her job is to take complaints and resolve or correct or ease the situation as best as she can - AND THAT IS NO EASY JOB. Julie said that she would do 2 things for me to "ease" the situation and within 2-3 days both of her promises happened. She is a true Customer Care Representative. Thank you Julie.

If more businesses had Rachelles and Julies there would be no need for these websites.
