I am writing this on behalf of my eighty mother. She dental work done by Aspen January, 2017.
The procedure was financed by one of Aspen's contractor. Since she as had this procedure done she's been back seven times for them to correct the ill fitting dentures; all attempts have been unsuccessful but kept making promise until recently with them saying they will make new dentures. They also interjected that after this is and she will back one last for the fitting of the new and "improved" dentures, she have to pay for any adjustments on this set of dentures. Note that on her last visit, the office manager stated that they were the earlier adjustments out of "courtesy" and not charging her for the seven visits to the office!?
I am confused!! First, you didn't do the properly and secondly, explain to me how those return visits were a courtesy extended to her. And my as continually made the 117.00 monthly payments to your contractor.
My next step is to a letter-certified to the contractor-bank outlining the issues she had from day one as well advising them that will longer for below par services and remind them of their written guarantee; which they must honor must honor-money back guarantee. But if they do not she will sue!!!
