This review is for their office in Keene, New Hampshire. I had to wait months to see someone for a general cleaning.

I booked the appointment about six months in advance. Two days before, they called me to tell me that they double booked my appointment and it's no longer available. Supposedly the mistake was that they have more than one receptionist booking at the same time, and no way of knowing if two receptionists have slotted the same appointment. I guess they can't double check at any time during the six months leading up when I might have been able to reschedule?

The next appointment isn't until two months from now. I need my cavities filled and my teeth cleaned!

I can't wait that long. That's absolutely unacceptable and they've certainly lost me and my family as customers.
