My husband had dentures from there. He went back at least 15 times.

He asked for his money back & they would only give him partial. They never did fit correctly . He as I said went back almost every week. They gave him the denture crème to glue them in.

His mouth then had huge sores from the dentures sliding on his sore gums. He could not wear them and was embarrased. He could not even smile. That put a big damper on activities.

We both enjoy dining out and that too was very limited to where and what he could eat.

Was it going to irritate his gums with the dentures slipping.HORRIBLE experience and it was like pulling teeth to get some money back.

Fabricating partial and full dentures that look good and function correctly is one of the hardest things we dentists do.It typically takes 5 or 6 appointments to make a good denture, than 3 to 5 adjustment appointments.

It takes years for a dentist to get really good at fabricating dentures.

Think a young dentist right out of school, triple booked by a sweat shop like A$pen, and forced to use the cheapest, crumbiest labs, can possibly make decent dentures? Not a chance.

Sorry you had to learn the hard way. Any professional that has to advertise on TV to get patients is a scam.

Might have to eat the money you lost and go to a private dentists.Don't think crumby joints like Great Expressions, Coast, Dental One, or Affordable Dentures will be any different.

Crummy. The word is crummy, not crumby or crumbiest.

Your mistake was in going to a dental mill like Aspen.Find a dentist in private practice in your area and get an exam so your husband can explain what is going on and the dentist can examine the dentures, etc.

to see what the problem(s) are.

Everyone thinks Aspen is cheaper than a private dentist, but that doesn't seem to be the case from what I see and the quality is seemingly alot less with Aspen. There are a few things in life that, when not right, can cause a world of hurt and discomfort----ill-fitting shoes and badly made dentures being just two.
