Dr. Aurora put me on dismissal and the customer service people at Aspen throughout my case in essence my complaint once again Dr. Aurora and he just missed me so Customer Service refused to handle my face and they have refused to ever talk to me again

Got me as a customer. Lost me as a patient.

Need I say more? Okay, sure... They called the day before follow up appointments and cancelled them, citing employee illnesses, which brings into question the level of sanitation at this particular location.

Haven't returned several messages left by me. I'm beyond fed up.

I went in with a partial and my real tooth broke off while vacationing in Puerto Rico.. wanted to see if a tooth could be added to my plate or partial ..

The dentist stated I would have to send it off for two weeks; They suggested implants.. Who would have know she was pulling the broken tooth as well as the others to give me a full denture.. I took pictures of my teeth because she said all my teeth was broken.. No they wasnt ..

The full denture wouldnt stay up.. it was to big.. She put oxidant on the back and a rolled piece of gauge to hold it up and sent me own my way.. My friend was waiting and I like I cant believe it..

He went back inside because he thought it was coming to be 1 extraction not 5!! He wanted instructions on how to care for me.. I went back they filled the denture with liner to make it stay up.. The teeth on the sides we crocked..

My mouth is small to small for all them teeth!! They said just where it for a couple of days.. My cheeks are polled out my mouth is bucked barely can shout it.. How can I conduct my job speaking with customers all day..

I cant talk!! All this time I cant eat!! Who could sleep!! Wearing a mask!!

I go back at this point the damage is done.. what can I do!! They literally cut the teeth off even and the dentist kept saying it look so good!! Look so good right!!

I was like you make me laugh!!!

Im a intelligent person but this is mentally draining n depressing!!! They really dont care

I think Aspen Dental is a rip-off and I will no longer do business with them unless they give me a denture that fits me without cracking every month for 7 years! If you don't believe me, just look at my records; they speak for themselves.

The doctor wasn't very pleasant or friendly, nor was the hygienist and the front desk person who sets you up with the price was the worst. Everyone else was great. I can't seem to get a good fit with my parcel and have just request a refund and the first call I had with them, I was told I could do that and just bring back the tooth and I could get a refund. Now I'm being told that I have to see the doctor again and he has to say that I can get a refund. Suddenly the attitudes have changed and become very nasty. I paid out of pocket and I just want my money back for the fake tooth.
