After three months, no pre authorization for plan, all followup by me, no returned phone calls and now wont confirm xrays I paid for have been sent to my new dentist. Seem to think I work for them.

When they know they have gotten all the money they can from you, they won't give you the time of day. You are yesterday's news.

Concentrate on all the new suckers coming in the front door from the deceptive Aspen TV ads. That is the objective. That is the Wall Street crowd for you.

Next time, try an independent dentist. You will be a lot happier.
