I paid them in full over a year ago!! I transferred to the clinton office due to unprofessional at the flowood office!!
The office manager from flowood took forever sending my file to the clinton office. They tried to make me take dentures that did not fit. I refused to take them its notated on my file that the dentures were left at the flowood office!! Instead of her transferring my balance to the clinton office so they can complete my procedure she closed my file!!
I been constantly going back and forward with them
so they can complete my procedure the flowood manger will not respond to any of my calls or to the office manager in clinton!! The office manager in clinton call me stating they refunded my money back !! which is totally inaccurate!! The date she provide me was the date i made digital payments fr a charges that never should have been charged off fr 1.019,00 the other dates she provided i paid 540 off one card and 102 off my bank card fr my crowns..
The managers they hiring cant even read a transcript of billing !! I want only what i paid for and still I havent received it!! All because the flowood manager is pissed because I made a complaint and transferred to the clinton office instead!! I called the complaint dept in aspen asking for the regional manager to contact me which is patrick I'm still waiting on his call!!
All aspen want is your money!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them!!

- Started May 2024 with dentures and lower implant.
- Loan taken without consent; bites crooked, gaps wide; only $600 refund; regional manager's decision.
. I began treatment in May 2024 for full dentures and a lower dental implant.Unfortunately, a loan was taken out without my full consent.
After discussing this matter with the regional manager, I decided to proceed with the dental work despite the issue. I was later informed that the gentleman responsible was no longer employed by Aspen and is now working at the Starbucks next door.I started my implant treatment and was waiting for it to heal before receiving my permanent implant. However, I have experienced multiple issues with the fitsome bites were crooked, and in other cases, the gaps were far too large or not alligned several months in i am being told it was my bite . I have now been told that no further help will be provided, and I will only receive a partial refund of $600.The main reason I chose to continue with the treatment was because of the member discount and an additional discount off, and the dentist who since left was very good.
my insurance tried to reach out to cover the cost of the teeth removal and no one has reached out I have sent multiple emails without receiving any meaningful response.
I have been informed that the regional managers decision is final, i will only be receiving 600 refund. i asked to be referred to another dental office before it even came to this now i am still with a broken upper denture and a implant post that keeps coming loose

I have had dentures for nearly 30 years and in that time, I have never found a place that gives me a better fitting denture than Chris does at the Aspen office in Granbury, TX. Chris is truly gifted in making and repairing dentures.
When I went in, I noticed there are a lot of new faces.

I was told the office was closing the day before its "closed" got half my mouth deep cleaned it not get fitted for a temp tooth. Not only ami I toothless but I didn't get a phone call, returned call, I don't even know when my next appointment is and was charged out of pocket during my visit the Operations Manager forgot to use my insurance and financing.

I've been going through *** for 2 years. My teeth broke in half; they have made me 5 pairs, and every pair makes me look like I have buck teeth.
I've never had buck teeth in my life. I don't understand why he continues to make me buck teeth. Last Tuesday, I went in to try new teeth; I was almost in tears again—buck teeth. I had to take them because the others were junk.
If it does not get resolved, I will see them in court. I'm sick of dealing with this. You're supposed to offer peace of mind, no surprises.
I've not had peace of mind; I've had nothing but stress and aggravation. I will sue you for the pain and suffering for the last 2 years and my money back, and you will pay for attorney fees as well.

First of all, they tried to rip me off $700, but I caught it. They adjusted it, then I was told to come back in six months for my permanent because my gums had to heal.
They gave me a temporary to wear in six months. I called back; they said I didn't have that plan, that it wasn't available, so then I wrote corporate.
She said I didn't receive some discounts. She gave me a number, but in between moving, I lost that number, but I'm gonna keep complaining until someone listens, cause I wouldn't have tried to fit my temporary dentures if I knew I wasn't getting anymore, which was a total lie.
User's recommendation: You get what you pay for look at all their reviews. Check Better Business Bureau do a lot of research. I was just trying to save money because I didn’t have a lot now I got screwed.
Denture under warranty has cracked and under warranty they refuse to fix it
They refuse to repair a denture that was made with a 7-year warranty and has cracked in the middle. They claim that the warranty is void for no reason.

- Antibiotics ended yesterday; now respiratory infection with nasal bleeding and bad taste.
I had a tooth pull on 12/30/25 left *** in to my sinus been back twice still have the hole, been on antibiotics till yesterday now have a upper respiratory infection blowing blood out my right side of my nose still getting slite bad taste in my mouth and smell called my Dr's office today too see what he thinks I should do. Called you guys but I guess it was to early

- Doctor would not authorize without another finance manager; I canceled and refunds delayed.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They finally refunded and sent my money to me. Contact the BBB or your state attorney general office if you are not able to get a refund from them and you are due one.
Update: My 18-year-old son, who is also on my insurance, went to Aspen Dental for an appointment. He was told they could not find his insurance (which is the same as mine and my two other kids, all of which they had no problem finding), so they made him pay for everything out of pocket that day. They never even tried to file a claim for him, and when I spoke with my insurance, they confirmed he is good and should have been covered for his appointment. So now my son is out over 300 dollars for an appointment that should have been covered. It just seems too convenient that the only member of my family they could not find the bill for was the only other adult who could finance his treatment plan through them.
Update 2: My other two kids were also seen at Aspen Dental and were both told they had a gum disease that needed expensive treatment, water picks, and toothbrushes. We saw a different dentist for a second opinion and neither of my kids have the gum disease that Aspen Dental said they had. Thankfully, I went and got a second opinion before wasting any more money with Aspen Dental. The other dentist also did not speak to my kids in a way that made them feel bad like Gonzalez did when we were at Aspen Dental.
Update 3: After waiting almost two weeks for my refund, I still have not received it. I've been told three different ways my refund is being given back to me and none of them have seen any money. I've been told back to two different cards and a check, all with conflicting dates. The office manager, Marisela, did not seem to know how to look up any information on the matter, and when I called the billing department, they transferred me back to her. There had been no honest communication between any of the members about my refund or confirmation I am actually getting it. I feel I've only wasted more time for money I will never get back. This company's staff (Gonzalez, Hamman, Velasquez) seems more focused on collecting money from people than actually helping them. I would give them a zero star if I could. Do not trust them with your money or health. You deserve better.

- A loan was processed without consent; final results worsened with new technology.
I usually try to be patient and understanding, but my experience with this dental office has been nothing short of exhausting and disappointing. It's been over a year of going back and forth, and I still don't have properly fitting dentures.
It all started when I was encouraged to take out a loan; then, I decided I did not want the loan, yet the loan was still processed without my consent. I went to the dental office and complained. They offered me an upgrade and apologized, letting me know the person no longer worked there. Come to find out, I went into Starbucks, and the loan person was working at Starbucks.
In the beginning, everything was okay until the original dentist left, and everything went downhill. The dentures I was given never fit correctly. I was sent home multiple times looking and feeling embarrassed, which was devastating after investing so much money and trust. The first set of dentures broke twice.
I asked that my smile remain the same, with just a small natural gap in the front, but the gap they made was so large it looked unnatural. On top of that, my bite didn't align properly. Instead of fixing the problem, they filed the dentures down, leaving me with a crooked bite. Eventually, I was told they had new technology that would finally solve everything, but the final result was even worse.
After more than a year of stress, frustration, and wasted time, I am more disappointed than ever. And now they have me looking like a gerbil every time I smile.
I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and getting a second opinion before trusting this office.

The office keeps rescheduling appointments, and the dentist DID NOT go over what he was going to do to help my teeth, just interested in how much they are going to bill me.

Aspen is billing me for a procedure that was disallowed by my insurance company and my EOB states I pay $0.00. I contacted them multiple times but they say I owe them and they will turn the account to collection.
I filed a complaint with my State Attorney General.
Anyone having issues and documentation needs to file a complaint with your state Attorney General so they can investigate Aspen Dental. Wish I would have checked here before I went to them.

I created a petition on Change.org against Aspen Dental there is an attorney who has already won a case against them looking at this so please sign and get as many signatures as you can
Once they got your money all interest in completing your treatment evaporates.
