This Company is not part of the BBB. They use a bait and switch tactics! Even with them sending you to another oral surgeon. And recognizing their own oral surgeon is inadequate, they still expect you to pay for the problem they caused. They will not call you back. And if they do it’s from the local office. If you can’t drop everything, you will not hear from them again. They have a 3% approval rate. After saving and paying $20,000. No amount of complaining will help you! They will ultimately blame you for the procedure not working. And forgetting trying to talk to their traveling surgeon. Who works as an anesthesiologist, as well. Haven’t helped you if you piss him off. They will also have you in there for a month prior to the surgery, but wait until the moment you’re fixing to walk in to have surgery before popping three pieces of paper down in front of you and say sign here! Complaining on a social media platform they will report you and you will be reprimanded. I expressed my concerns about their bad reputation from our first meeting, and I was assured with warrant and smiles that that would not happen. Should have listened, as it did happen Aspen also hires anybody and everybody. And Aiken, Stephanie Greer, is the office manager and the only person you will talk to when you asked Dr. Neely who owns the office to meet with you with the surgeon he goes into hiding! South Carolina AMA is useless to help you as they fight for the doctor and not you. Beware of this place! Overall, even with their 20% off discount, they are more expensive than any other dental office. They may be good for small dental emergencies. But do not trust them with something so important. As long-term they do not care. I would especially be very weary of Dr. Poore, from Pennsylvania. He is rated below 33% of the national oral surgeons in America. I have yet to speak to anyone who has gone to them and been satisfied. I believe they should have to pay to repair the damage they caused me. As it has affected the quality of my life. While they have used that money for conventions and parties that they were advertising on LinkedIn! I will make it my mission in life, to put it on every social platform I can as well as word-of-mouth to stay as far away from Aspen Dental as possible! They are crooks! And they are all aware that they are crooks. There is no way of speaking with anyone at the corporate level. This is no accident, it is totally done by design. For three years, I tried to speak with corporate. Only to receive a call on my way to see another oral surgeon. I was given a number to call back within three hours. When I called the number back it was the local Aspen that had done the damage to begin with. They’re so-called regional manager was only in the office for a few hours that one day, in three years. I have recording of every meeting with the dentist and the oral surgeon. One blaming the other. The oral surgeon blaming me, even though I had my best friend, a retired head, nurse for our local hospital, who took me and stayed with me for days after the procedure. And did her best to try and contact the oral surgeon himself. His response was, I can yank it out! He works in both Aiken, South Carolina as well as North Augusta, South Carolina. But I am sure that he covers all of South Carolina. The man is not a licensed anesthesiologist. In addition, I was charged for things they did not do. I will spend another $10,000 to repair what they have done to me. But I will not get back the time and pain that I have suffered at the hands of Aspen Dental! They are liars!
