New ReviewerI originally went to Aspin dental because my dentist retired. I live 60 miles away, of course when I went they done X-rays and I saw the hygienist.
Then they took me to the office managers office to discuss the bill. I have dental insurance, but they said I needed $1400, more work that insurance didnt pay. Now my teeth are not that bad.all I needed was 1 filling, and a cleaning. They come up with more things so I agreeded being ignorant as to what I should do.
they billed a 3rd party prior to having anything done, also prior to receiving reimbursement from my insurance. I just assumed it was ok. Anyway, I did get the cleaning which was excellent That's the only thing I was satisfied with had to make another appointment for the filling. Got the filling.
It fell out in 3 weeks time. I call and left messages to call me back. They never did, finally got ahold of them. Made another appointment to get it replaced only to be told I would have to make another appointment for the filling, after I took off work to go there.
I dont have time to continually go back I work 2 jobs night shift. I told them to forget it. So I ask for my records, and the office manager who was very nice, gave me credit on the bill because the work was not completed. Ive found another dentist.
I would not recommend Aspin Dental. Its all about the money.
Not at all satisfied with the service, except the dental hygienist she was excellent. Experience is lacking in the clinical side of this office.
