Made first appt three weeks earlier called to check on it few days before

ABSOLUTELY no record of any appointment

WTH! The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing

That is because most all appointments by phone are made from a centralized location. It the new appointment data does not make it to the local A$pen office, you get what you got. Don't you think it might be a good idea to go to an independent dentist where all appointments are made from that office?
