They were very unprofessional. Did not tell me what i needed Before i had Made the 30 minute trip over there.

The lady at the desk was rude. She was the one on the phone therefore she should’ve said something OVER THE PHONE BEFORE I MADE THE TRIP. This place is so ridiculous. I will Never go back here as long as I’m living on this earth.

Maybe they should let their patients know ahead of time what they need to have before making the trip there unaware of having to reschedule and wasting their time. Although, i told Them i didnt Want to reschedule because that right there goes to show that no one should go there because of the stupidity that’s going on there.

So far I am very pleased with their service and everyone who works there. I have been there 3 times.How can they tell you what you need before you go into the office?

There are two and only two types of A$pen patients: 1. Those that have been screwed over.

2. Those that have not been screwed over yet.

Be glad you are still in group 2. Get out of there before you end up in group 1.


Altho you didn't say what it was you needed that they neglected to mention it seemingly all worked out for the best---you won't be going back to Aspen. Find a dentist in private practice locally.
