Billing is a cluster-f_ _ _ at this shyster chain. One hand does not know what the other is doing.

Nobody want to take responsibility for any billing mistakes. Your only mistake is to get a lawyer on the case.

Of course you will have to pay for this. Better to pay an honest lawyer than a bunch of crooks running a dental chain clinic.

Aspen Dental in Hazleton, Pennsylvania - Billing is horrible

They bill you before and then some services dont get performed. Plus you end up getting another bill in the mail. Plus in the last 7 years i have dealt with several different dentists there. Which means different opinions each time you go there. I have had many crowns done only to be extracted a year later. I spent a fortune there and never left with that so called smile. Please stay with a family dentist!

Good advice! It is inconceivable that it took you SEVEN YEARS to conclude you were being treated incompetently and you should leave. No telling how much money that slow learning cost you.

Money owed is money owed. There's no excuse to fudge the last $150 if you have, in fact, made other payments. You're not going to find anyone to pity you in the collections department.

Aspen Dental - Payment dispute

I was told to talk to the regional manager concerning my contract. I have been calling since May 24. It is now June 24 and I received a collection notice! It is impossible to reach the regional manager if you have a account dispute! I am very frustrated.

They don't want to talk to you. They want you to pay all they claim you owe.

They don't care if you come back. They got plenty of new sheeple coming in to be fleeced every day after watching their stupid TV commercials.

So they don't care about you. The just care about your money making it into their corporate bank account.

Aspen Dental in Fond Du Lac City, Wisconsin - Worst experience ever

On 12/13/2018 went in for exam that I was told would be free. after exam they told me I needed over 5 thousand in dental work. On 1/2/19 I get a bill for $227. On 1/23/19 I was told it would be taken care of. On 2/26/19 I got another bill, called and was told it would be taken care of again. On 4/1/19 after getting another bill I was again told it would be taken care of. On 4/22/19 I got another bill which said it was final notice and was due by 5/5/19 or it would go to collections. Finally on 4/30/19 after talking to manager for 2nd time about going to better business people, my account was finally cleared to a zero balance. This place has the worse customer service and billing practices I have ever run across. Mean while my credit rating has slipped because of this. Would never refer anyone to this place or ever go back again.

Don't worry, many people do.

LESSON TO BE LEARNED: corporate clinics that advertise on TV are NEVER to be trusted. If they treated patients right, they would not have to advertise on TV in the first place!

Aspen Dental - Overcharged!!!

I have been sent a bill that does not add up to the dental work I received!! My insurance company paid there portion and I have from them my portion of the bill that needs to be paid in which I intend to pay in full. However, Trenton a manager at your Horry County, Conway SC Aspen has a outrageous bill sent to a financing company that is no where near what my portion of the bill should be! It's absurd! The fact that he keeps stating his regional manager will fix it, but nothing has been done as of yet and he want give me a number to reach cooperate!

Doctor D. Is a excellent dentist and I need a crown and would like him to do it, I want to pay what I am supposed to pay!! But the bill that was sent to the financing agency is not adding up to the one that I received from my insurance company. I pay all my bills and I never stated that I would not pay!!!!

Neither do I care what you guys get paid either!!! It's none of my concern, however, there was a manager that called me and stated I could receive a printout of my bill!! I intend to get it.

Thanks for nothing, Anonymous, for NOT doing your job. See you soon!!!

Nobody at Aspen has any time or incentive to fix your bill. No Aspen employees are bonused based on correcting patient bills.

There is no time for it. They get bonuses based on the amount of money fleeced from patient-victims. It is not going to get fixed. You are not going to get a refund.

You are going to be squeezed until the get the money they desire from you. After that, I hope you will have the sense never to visit another corporate dental chain clinic for the rest of your life.

Aspen Dental - Billing Department Review

Paid these idiots in full last December for 3 extractions. They send me a check this summer, they over charged me. Now they say I owe them money. It's a year later, why the *** send me a check if I owe you money? I had a zero balance on my axcount. I made sure of it. This has to be illegal.

A$pen's accounting is barely controlled chaos. It has to be, with so many employees coming and going, and probably embezzling along the way.

I am surprised you ever got a refund check. They usually debit an account with a credit with nuisance fees until the credit is used up.

Crooks behave crookedly. Patient funds disappear fast when Wall Street sleaze owns dental clinics instead of licensed dentists.
