so much for 2 routine cleanings a year...If Aspen can not support their patient load then perhaps they should terminate their insurance contracts. Thank goodness for open enrollment and the ability to LEAVE a practice I am soooo disappointed in...how 'bout some DENTAL REFORM?!!
Three times i've has to reschedule a routine cleaning...key word ROUTINE...aks healthy...booked 6 mos in advance..if I can commit to the appt in my busy life, why cant a chain/franchise like Aspen call one of their other offices and load balance? simple idea I know.
but we know how contracted dental offices work...are they really licensed hygenists working there? ask to see their license sometime or find their names and google them on licensing sites
