I want my real teeth that the Oshkosh Aspen dentist Dr. shutlz tore from my mouth, most likely to use for screw in teeth. Hopefully you have come to your sense's and if you return my real teeth, and though it may be very unlikely, maybe it can be integrated back into...

I don't understand. You only had THREE TEETH left that were extracted?

That is not enough to do anything with. Something about your story doesn't add up. I doubt even the A$pen scammers would extract 3 teeth in "pristine" condition. IV sedation requires an informed consent.

Did you sign a consent for anesthesia? If so, you have no case. Extracting teeth requires an informed consent. Did you sign a consent for extraction?

If so, you have no case. You asked no questions when they took an impression for your temporary partial? They had to have taken one to be able to make a patient to deliver the day of extractions.

Don't worry about one thing: There is NOTHING useful they could have done with your extracted teeth. You husband was a *** for changing your insurance to a plan that required going to scammers like A$pen.

I would not recommend Aspen Dental

Had 2 crowns & bridgework done 5 years ago, bridge is cracked & crowns are showing decay. I have had crowns put in by other dentist 30 years ago & they are still beautiful. I want everyone to stay away from aspen dental they have no guarantee of the dental work & it will cost you more down the road to get your repaired teeth fixed again

Sadly, 30 years ago more crowns and bridges were based or made out of pure metal and accurately cast to fit margins perfectly. They sealed well and kept out decay.

Today the norm (especially for clinics like Aspen) is cheap milled zirconia crowns from China. These often do not fit accurately so they leak and decay.

Whenever possible, demand cast metal crowns on molars. I doubt corporate clinics like Aspen with do them for you.

Please find an EXPERIENCED INDEPENDENT DENTIST to do anything as complicated as implants. Darn right they will try to charge you something to redo your failed filling.

The dentist at your "home" Aspen will not make any money redoing a botched filling.

So they have to find something to charge you for. Remember: At Aspen, corporate revenues come first, employee bonuses come second, and patients come a distant third.

I love my dentures - Aspen Dental review

That is wonderful so far sweetheart. Read a few reviews about teeth falling out of Aspen dentures.

That light flexible material the ComfyJunk dentures are made out of does not chemically boned to the teeth. So the teeth fall out frequently. Also, those flexible dentures are nearly impossible to reline. When they get loose, you will have to have another pair made.

Relines would cost about a quarter of the cost of new dentures. From your photo, you look to be in your forties. Once teeth are pulled, bone is lost. Particularly in women, there may not be enough bone in 20 years to hold the lower denture in.

The remedy of grafting is very complicated and expensive. You made a BIG MISTAKE not leaving at least two canine roots on bottom to maintain some bone and support your lower denture.

I was tricked into paying $1,400 for a periodontal cleaning which would have been under $500 at any reputable dentist. The hygienist was juvenile and talked to me like I was a child as well as telling me to take a nap while I was in the chair. I later realized that was...

If you had indeed received 4 quadrants of periodontal scaling and root planing, it probably would have cost about $1200 at most dentists offices, and taken 3 1 hour appointments. If you got it all in one appointment without being numbed up, you certainly did not receive a "periodontal cleaning." The biggest scam at Aspen is fudging pocket depths to make it look like patients have periodontal disease when they do not.

Then they can upcharge for cleanings. Just remember: When Aspen talks about "deep cleaning," it is talking about your wallet, not your teeth.

What?? The cheap Chinese labs Aspen uses to fabricate partial frameworks did not fabricate yours accurately?

Next you are going to tell me Aspen's final impression was not made in a custom tray. Where there is a shortcut to fabricate dental prosthetics, The cheapskate executives at Aspen will surely discover it.

Trouble is, who would close them down? The are operating illegally in most states anyway.

It is illegal in most states for non-dentists to own dental practices.

This is what you get when Wall Street con men own dental practices instead of licensed dentists. Write your state legislator and demand that your state enforce its dental practice statutes.

This isn't the way it was supposed to be done. A 3D cone beam scan was supposed to be done ahead of time to assess the bone.

Sounds like they put mini-implants in, which commonly fail in no time. Implants should be given many months of rest before being used. That way they can integrate in the bone. Going to a joint like Aspen for implants is like going to Jiffy Lube to have your jet turbine engine replaced.

Just not the right place to do the job. Not even close. Better prepare NOW to demand your money back when the implants fail. Which will be in a few month.

Next time, go to a highly experienced independent dentist for a complicated task like this.

Not some recent graduate who works in a corporate chop shop. NOTE: I know what I am talking about, and have done implants for 12 years.
