Denture issues

Would like a call back from corporate. I am not happy with the services I received or the wait time or the amount of trips I had to make to be told what I'm feeling in my mouth and to get use to it, because they were not wrong on making my denture. Has become more of a hassell I still don't have dentures to put I'm almost 2 years later

First of all, making dentures is not so easy and it takes many years for a new dental graudate to be really good at it. Problem is, no graduate is going to work for a flim-flam outfit like A$pen for years to get a good at dentures.

Young dentists come and go at A$pen like flies on a fresh dog turd. Good luck trying to get any money back. You will just have to start over.

Hopefully you will go to an experienced independent dentist next time, but chances are your will go to another cheesy corporate outfit like Abominable Dentures trying to save money.. By the way, decent set of upper and lower dentures cost around 350*-*** in the Topeka Kansas area.

Overcharged

Was only to pay $862.00 AFTER insurance paid 319.00 per insurance. I have copies of my insurance paying and office told me they didnt! Was talked in to deep cleaning,was told I could lose teeth. Was approved through care credit and now saying I owed over $1500.00. Im a senior on disability and they sent it all to care credit. TWICE

They always try to squeeze more money out of you .bunch of *** plus they tell I half to pay some money before they start then they tell me oh u have a credit I have insurance . I never paid anything out of pocket so not too long ago I had to pay something not a lot so I ask for a itemized recent no I never got it they told we are sending to your email at least 2 weeks go by and still did not get it .
