Poor quality
To Whom it May Concern:
I visited my local Aspen Dentist office on Tyrone Blvd in St Petersburg Florida for new dentures top and bottom. I was given a price quote of 1958$ for so-so dentures and 3000$ for the best quality dentures.
I chose the best quality 3000$ set as I thought I would have no problems with them. What a joke. I have been back in the office many many times for the teeth falling out of the plates and now the bottom denture has lost 3 teeth all at one time. Actually they made me a new top plate that still loses teeth.
I am very frustrated and feel that I should be reimbursed for this set of dentures so I can go elsewhere and get some good teeth.

Not Happy
Resolved: Dissatisfied with the immediate dentures. I feel like I'm gagging. I told her something doesn't feel right. This is not the same fit as the wax bite appointment. She told me oh u havet to get use to
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Bait & Switch is what they do ...
sadly so.They have AMAZING reviews on their websites, but they don't allow anyone to post reviews! They POST reviews themselves...
I explained I can only pay what will be authorized by Care Credit. They called Care Credit and got authorized for $18K. At that point, they gave me a "Family Discount" getting it down to $19,236, which Care Credit accepted as an "overdraft" ... Now that the bone work has been done, they asked me to pay for the "SECOND PART" (as they called it) - which is nearly $8,000 - to COMPLETE the dental work.
I am still paying off Care Credit and I don't have that amount available. I was never advised when being given the estimate that there would be another payment due. If I had known, I wouldn't have done it ... What a ripoff.
Don't go there! Such Bait & Switch should be illegal. So I paid nearly $20K and my friend still doesn't have teeth :-( ... I am just so disgusted.
If you go over the reviews other "Bait & Switch" victims posted as well ...
PS. I tried "reaching out to Customer Service" - it was a waste of time.

User's recommendation: Have the ability to send a copy of a person’s X-ray to them. Not a paper copy like they have me. And they were very rude.
Customer complaint
Aspen Dental at Niskayuna, NY are CROOKS.
This past winter, a large piece of tooth chipped off in a lower molar -- my dentist was no longer practicing, could not find one who could take me immediately who accepted my insurance, so went to Aspen dental. Told me needed root canal and $3435.00 later, my tooth aches, which it did not before this.
The root canal procedure took 3 hours of *** performed by a Dr. Thomas, who told me the roots were difficult to access as they were so small and narrow. Phoned several times complaining of pain, was told it needs more time to heal. Gave several courses of antibiotics which did not relieve the pain.
Dr. Birman decided to crown the tooth, even though I complained of pain --- he ignored my complaints of pain. Gave stronger antibiotics again, nothing resolved. Now they tell me I need a new root canal or $5900.00 implant for which the responsibility is mine...
as if I would allow them to perform another root canal when the first one went amiss. This is a company that cares nothing for its patients and ts not to be trusted, and they perform inferior dentistry.

Sorry, but Aspen has mo0re and better lawyers than you can ever afford. They get sued all the time and usually win.
Not too smart of you going to a shyster joint like Aspen to have complicated things like implants done. About like taking a jet turbine engine to Jiffy Lube to be rebuilt.
Good luck with your lawsuit.
Aspen is sued all the time and has more and better lawyers than you can ever afford. Easier to get blood from a turnip than money refunded from Aspen.
